Have all your questions answered clearly and promptly.<\/p>\n

3<\/strong><\/p>\n

Send your medical indication letter for our doctors\u2019 approval.<\/p>\n

4<\/strong><\/p>\n

Send us your passport copy along with your Apostilled marriage certificate.<\/p>\n

5<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sign a contract with us.<\/p>\n

6<\/strong><\/p>\n

Egg Donors (if needed) and a surrogate are matched for you.<\/p>\n

7<\/strong><\/p>\n

Extensive medical tests are conducted on your Egg Donor.<\/p>\n

8<\/strong><\/p>\n

Extensive medical tests are conducted on your surrogate.<\/p>\n

9<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our office will collect all tests results and pass the conclusions onto you.<\/p>\n

10<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will go through a series of medical tests at your home country and send the results to us. These results will be reviewed by our partner fertility clinic.<\/p>\n

11<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will fully escort and assist you with your visits to Ukraine<\/a>. We will arrange meetings with the fertility clinic and your surrogate. We will accompany you while signing the contracts with your surrogate and the fertility clinic. All contracts will be drafted by local lawyers who work with Lotus and who specialize in surrogacy law.<\/p>\n

12<\/strong><\/p>\n

All contracts will be presented to you before your trip, so you can review them and consult your lawyer, if you wish.<\/p>\n

13<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lotus will coordinate your trip including transportation, lodging and of course, coordinate all meetings with our partner clinic and your surrogate.<\/p>\n

14<\/strong><\/p>\n

If needed, Lotus will organize logistics and transfers of frozen semen\/embryos to our partner clinic.<\/p>\n

15<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once your pregnancy is confirmed, we will supervise your surrogate during the pregnancy to ensure that your baby is well taken care of. Lotus will coordinate all medical visits and scans for your surrogate and send translated updates to you immediately.<\/p>\n

16<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the pregnancy, we will make sure that you receive all medical updates concerning your surrogate and your baby and any other information regarding the pregnancy and birth.<\/p>\n

17<\/strong><\/p>\n

After the birth of your baby, we will assist you to receive the Birth Certificate (in your names).
